Join us this Saturday! The Oconee County Fall Festival is Saturday October 19th from 9 AM - 4 PM in downtown Watkinsville. We are sharing a booth with Lori Carson (Sew Purrfect booth 223) and will be selling our homemade cat toys and dog biscuits.

January and February are great months to trap! Females are in heat and typically do not have kittens yet, so this is the best time to prevent a spring explosion of kittens. Benevolence Market Sunday December 16th!

Join Campus Cats at the 24th Annual Holiday Benevolence Market! It will be held on Sunday, December 16th, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. in the fellowship hall of First Presbyterian Church in downtown Athens (185 E. Hancock Ave). Nearly 30 local nonprofit organizations will be on-hand to provide information about their programs and to offer “symbolic gifts” that can be purchased. Gift cards are available for 25 cents per card so gifts can be shared with friends or loved ones. These gifts are donations that help the non-profit agencies continue their work throughout the year.

This year’s Benevolence Market will be held on Sunday, Dec. 16, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of First Presbyterian Church downtown 185 E Hancock Ave, Athens, GA 30601. For more than 20 years, Athens area faith organizations have hosted the Holiday Benevolence Market, offering a single location to select gifts - in the form of donations - that support local non-profit organizations. Kind-hearted shoppers can select symbolic gifts ranging from $5-$150 and make a single payment at checkout. Symbolic gifts include things such as a bag of cat food for Campus Cats or a gallon of paint for Habitat for Humanity. You leave with a receipt and the good feeling you've helped a local organization do its job. All donations are tax deductable.

Join Campus Cats and Athens Pets at the Athens Clarke County Animal Control shelter to learn about opportunities to spay/neuter (TNR) community cats! We'll have the paperwork needed to register your backyard cat colony, information on how to receive free spay/neuters and rabies vaccines, traps to show you how to use them (and information on borrowing traps), and can answer questions you might have about TNR and community cats.
